ASL Registration

How to register

Please note that registration is on a first come first served basis. Registration and payment will be accepted through one of the following methods. A Complete ASL Registration Form can be sent by mail. You can download and print the form by clicking here.

Once your registration is received, you will be notified by email. If you have mailed in your registration and have not received this confirmation, please contact us by email.

BY CASH

Please complete the ASL Registration Form, then pay by cash at Sign Language Services, on the 3rd floor of The Canadian Hearing Society at 271 Spadina Road, in Toronto.

Note: we do not have an Interac machine.

BY CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER/VISA MASTERCARD

Please complete the ASL Registration Form, make your cheque payable to 'The Canadian Hearing Society', and mail to:

Note: there is a $25.00 charge on all NSF cheques.
